Asset Management, Construction, and Development
Mr. Meyer is responsible for all development, entitlement and construction aspects of the portfolio, is an active part of the company’s asset management team, and participates in acquisition and disposition activities. Prior to joining Greenlaw, Mr. Meyer was a partner with ZMI Real Estate where he oversaw all phases of operations including property and asset management, leasing, and construction activities. ZMI Real Estate’s portfolio included 2 million square feet of office and industrial properties located in Southern California. At the peak of the real estate cycle in 2007, Mr. Meyer and his partners decided to liquidate their portfolio. Previously, Mr. Meyer was the Executive Vice President of Legacy Development Company where he was responsible for site acquisition and development of office and industrial properties and apartment communities. Mr. Meyer held previous property and asset management positions with The Koll Company and McDonnell Douglas Finance Corporation. Mr. Meyer is a board member for Miracles for Kids, an Orange County based charity that supports families with children that are in treatment at Children’s Hospital of Orange County (“CHOC”). Mr. Meyer graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration.
